By car

To get to Bolsena Lake by car, you can go on motorways or take advantage of free roads.

If you choose the first way, then you need to move along the A1 motorway and turn from it to Orvieto, following the Umbro Casentineze highway for another 24 km.

Another option is to turn off from A1 at the Orte crossing point, then along the Viterbo highway, then along the "Cassia" highway towards Siena (30 + 30 km).

If you depart from Rome or Siena, you can go on the old Cassius road (112 km)

From the Aurelian road, it is necessary to turn to Montalto di Castro (60 km) and move towards Canino, Valentano.

From Viterbo, the route will take 30 km (along the Cassian road).

By train
